Again, another successful 2017 Philippine Archery Cup Leg 2, Ormoc City held at Central School Track Oval. We are grateful to the “City of Beautiful People” most especially to Mayor Richard I. Gomez for accepting our invitation and attending the opening program likewise to Hon. Vincent Rama the Sports Development Officer and Vice Mayor Leo Locsin who attended as well and contributing to the success of the archery tournament.

To all Ormoc City officials and volunteers, a big thanks too. We were overwhelmed with your generosity and hospitality. Also, Congratulations to Mayor Richard for winning a Gold Medal in the Qualifying round. It just goes to say that you are still an athletic, talented Mayor. We were so lucky that your city hosted this event, thank you for the Welcome Dinner, rain or shine, it was a real great SUCCESS!!!

The WAP officers, namely: Chairman Felizardo Sevilla, President Clint Aranas, VP Internal Sheree Gotuaco, VP Government Peter Miguel, VP Marketing Daniel Ongchoco, Treasurer John Philip Orbeta and yours truly would like to thank all of you archers who participated the tournament.
