2019 SEAG Qualifier II and 2018 Christmas Party (INVITATION and SCHEDULE)

World Archery Philippines, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Province of Quezon will organize the Philippine Archery SEAG 2019 Qualifier II on December 7 – 9, 2018.

  

It is our great pleasure to invite your archery team/clubs to participate in this tournament. This event will be organized following the World Archery rules for 2012, in both divisions; Recurve and Compound.

Please find the attached necessary documents for registration (Final Entry Form) and guidelines for this event. Please return the completed forms by emailing it to [email protected] before the deadline date and please see below registration fee.

Summary of deadlines:

Final Entries & Payment                   – December 1, 2018 (Entry Form & Deposit Slip)

Registration fee:       Individual         – Php    600.00 (for entries submitted on or before December 1, 2018)

                                                                        Php    800.00 (for entries submitted on December 2 – 3, 2018)

                                                                       Php  1,000.00 (for on-site registration on December 7, 2018)

                                 Coach                       – Php    500.00

 

NOTE: NO MEDAL AWARDING

 ***Aside from the SEAG Qualifier, we also wish to celebrate with you a small gathering/get together with the archer family as we celebrate the season of Christmas. We will be having a dinner with fun activities like raffles, exchanging gift and exciting surprises. Let’s all believe in the magic of Christmas  

 Important: Payment should also be made online on the same date you will submit your entry form and to be deposited at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) with account number 000363-1164-77 & account name: World Archery Philippines, Inc.

 Note: Please include in your email your deposit slip. Failure to submit the deposit slip together with the final entry form is not considered a valid entry and will not be accepted.  Also, payment is Non-Refundable.
