It used to be known as the Philippine Archers’ National Network and Alliance (PANNA) and the Archery Federation of the Philippines prior to that. It is accredited by the World Archery Federation, the governing body for the sport of archery in the world.

Good Afternoon WAP Members!
I wanted to personally thank all of you for making the 3rd Leg possible and successful!!!
In behalf of the WAP officers, namely: Chairman Felizardo Sevilla, President Clint Aranas, VP Internal Sheree Gotuaco, VP Government Peter Miguel, VP Marketing Daniel Ongchoco, Treasurer John Philip Orbeta and yours truly would like to thank all of you archers who participated the tournament.
To all the officials from Judges Committee & Tabulators/Scorers headed by Judge Nestor Bulosan, Mildred de Leon, Dennis Torre, Maria Austria, Fe Empaynado, Eduardo Palaruan, Dennis Torre, Richard Butac, Federico Almendras, Majah Benedicto, Geraldine Orosco, Henry Pajimola, Noel Gara, Roel Cabatu, Rommel Bien, Wilbur Ngay-os, Katherine Rae Cabrera, Vanny Lou Besario, Gervilyn Oclinaria, Rigel Antipuesto, Katherine Antipuesto and Joel Sombrio.
Also the Coaching Staff: Clint Sayo & Marvin Cordero, we would like to thank you all for a successful tournament.
It is indeed my pleasure to express my gratitude to all those who made this event a reality especially to our hosts, the Highland Archery and the City of Baguio.
The planning of the Philippine Archery Cup was initiated last year by the newly elected members of WAP. A significant part of planning this event was carried out under the guidance of PSC and POC.
It all started with the 1st Philippine Archery Cup, Mindanao League held in Koronadal. It was successful event with massive participants and followed by the 2nd Philippine Archery Cup, Visayas League in Dumaguete City which was attended by many archers too. And now, we were in Baguio and we were able to surpass the number of participants reaching to 230 archers. This event became a success because of the participants who arrived and participated in the tournament. Thus, we do express our sincere thanks to all who came from the different regions of the country who participated in the event.
Once again, thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives in the field of Archery. This sport is very significant to all of us. Watch out for the ranking of the Philippine Archery Cup and maybe you are chosen to be part of the final Philippine Archery Cup tournament!!!
